The outlaws (Congress) will be back in session, September 8, 2009. Americans have been watching and participating in ‘tea parties’ throughout the states; see this short video of one in Sacramento. Some members of Congress have vocalized what many of these crooks, cowards and outright nitwits in Congress have been thinking: There is a revolution underway. It’s about time. Those of us who have been in the lonely trenches for decades hope everyone can concentrate on the critical issues and tune out the distractions – political bickering. Time is of the essence. As I have written so many times: We are in the fight for our very survival, both as a nation and in our personal lives.
The Internet continues to scream at full steam about the possibility of forced vaccinations regarding the manufactured crisis over the swine flu. I covered this in my last column, but let me reinforce something before I move on to the next issue. At this time there is no federal or state edict, Executive Order or anything else stating you, me or our children must be shot up with that deadly cocktail. The possible exception might be state health care workers and some federal employees. All states have exemption clauses in their laws regarding vaccines. See link one below under Flu category.
The cops in Newport Beach, California, have joined countless other federalized and militarized police forces around the country with the introduction of “The Peace Keeper,” a 9,000-pound armored vehicle. “Here’s some advice from police,” reports the Daily Pilot. “When you see this thing rolling down the street, go inside and lock your doors.”
It’s said this combat vehicle is “just-in-case situations,” although no further explanation is provided. The vehicle “is capable of withstanding rifle fire. Theoretically, it can also withstand fragmentation grenades,” according to Joseph Serna of the Daily Pilot.
Fragmentation grenades? How many citizens have grenades? Do the cops in California expect us to believe gang-bangers and other assorted potentially violent criminals have RPGs and large caliber machineguns?
More likely, the police in Newport added a second armored vehicle — they also have a retrofitted Brinks armored truck — not to deal with crack dealers armed with Glocks or even Mac-10s, but to respond when angry mobs of citizens take to the street.
For anyone who attended the Silent Exchange electronic music festival at The Yard on Saturday, I am sorry that you had to witness Buffalo’s Men in Blue in such a sorry state. As fifty young music fans stood around watching a DJ spin on stage, Buffalo Police filed onto private property and threatened the crowd to disband or pay the consequences. Despite the fact that the proper permits had been filed with City Hall, that would allow the music to go on until 10pm, Buffalo Police would not listen to reason, only resorting to ‘police state’ tactics as the young music fans looked on in bewilderment .
One of the reasons that The Yard was chosen for the event was that it is widely known that the bandshell at LaSalle Park is next to impossible to book unless you have an ‘in’ with The City. So that means that the only other alternative when it comes to holding a concert at a permanent outdoor music festival is The Yard. The Yard is not in a residential neighborhood. Nor is it in a commercial neighborhood. It’s located in an abandoned industrial area surrounded by nothing and no one. Maybe sometime in the future this might be inhabited by college students, but that’s just not the case at this point in time. So how do the police claim that there was a noise complaint, especially since the music could not be heard until you turned the corner of the building and actually saw the stage?

I was wrongly diagnosed as delusional by the psychiatric staff of Ward 7 at Northland Base Hospital in Whangarei and held against my will for 11 days in mid-2006, because I maintained the attacks of 9/11 were orchestrated by criminal elements inside the US Administration.
A definition of delusional: relating to, based on, or affected by delusions. A delusion: a false belief strongly held in spite of invalidating evidence, especially as a symptom of mental illness.
In light of the definition, one of the most astounding aspects to the ordeal was that when I met with the chief psychiatrist, Dr Carlos Zubaran for two formal mental health assessments, I held Issue 3 of Uncensored, which is shown in the picture above, and asked him to look at information related to the 9/11 attacks. This magazine contained an article I’d written entitled: Why Does TVNZ Lie To Us About 9/11?, which cited evidence that proved the official fable was a lie – yet reminiscent of the fabled vampires afraid of the light of day, he refused to even cast his eyes over it, during both of the so-called “assessments.”

Another astounding aspect to what occurred was that Section 4 of the New Zealand Mental Health Act makes it clear that no one can be judged to be mentally ill solely on the basis of their political beliefs. The District Inspector for Mental Health – Northland, barrister Julie Young; Bridget Westenra, the lawyer she appointed to assist me and the staff of Ward 7, including the chief psychiatrist, did not appear to know this. As can be seen, it is written in layman’s language on page 33 ofChapter 2 of Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992, which is on the Ministry of Health’s own website: ‘You cannot be considered to have a mental disorder just because of your: political, religious or cultural beliefs…’.
As this Judgement shows, because of his reluctance to scrutinize the evidence related to 9/11 and apparent lack of awareness of Section 4 of the Act, nine days into my incarceration, Dr Zubaranstill held the belief I suffered from a “delusional disorder” because of my political beliefs.

Thankfully, since writing about what happened and making numerous phone calls, plus sending many letters, as well as supplying numerous DVDs to the staff of Ward 7 to show them the truth about 9/11 – and then finally threatening to protest outside the hospital, the Clinical Director of Mental Health & Addiction Services in Northland sent an apology in August 2008, which can be viewed here.

An overwhelming call, from the people with special emphasis on the 9th and 10th Amendments of the Bill of Rights, which trumps all extra-constitutional Federal power… They are in breach of their Article 4 Section 4 “MANDATE” in the Constitution, that the federal government control the border, during times of INVASION! This popular ground-swell would force the feds to stop the “bankrupting of the states.” The cost of this war on terror, and the influx of illegal aliens, and the threat of a North American Union… are all De-Facto UNCONSTITUTIONAL “UNFUNDED” FEDERAL MANDATES!!!

“The 10th Amendment Sovereignty Resolution!” It stated, if mandates didn’t pass Constitutional Muster, chapter and verse, which included adequate funding… there would be FIRINGS in Washington… The resolution states, with all certainty, that WE THE PEOPLE of THE UNITED STATES understand what the Constitution and specifically 10th Amendment means, and exactly what it says!
Many media outlets have misfired about guns. Countless newspapers and television networks — from CBS to MSNBC — have misreported that conservative protesters are threatening President Obama with guns at public events. It hasn’t happened.
In Portsmouth, N.H., a man carrying a gun, William Kostric, joined an Aug. 11 health care protest. This was blocks away and hours before Mr. Obama’s town-hall meeting in that city. Mr. Kostric was given permission to be on church property where the protest occurred and was not at the place the president visited. What most of the coverage left out was that Mr. Kostric didn’t carry his gun only for the protest; he legally carries a gun with him all the time for protection.
While the media regularly used terms such as “hotheads” to mischaracterize the situation, the coverage ignored that union members who opposed the protest had attacked Mr. Kostric and a friend, kicking, pushing and spitting on them. Despite violence against him by Mr. Obama’s supporters, Mr. Kostric did not draw his gun or threaten anyone.
On page 247 of its final report, the 9/11 Commission lied and claimed that they were “unaware of any evidence” of contact between 9/11 hijacker Mohammed Atta and Zacarias Moussaoui.

It says that during the six months prior to the attacks, Atta and two other hijackers were on the same Beechcraft Duchess aircraft out of the Wiley Post Airport in Bethany, Oklahoma. Moussaoui was taking flight lessons in Norman, about 20 miles south of Bethany, during that same period.
The Moussaoui-Atta meeting in Oklahoma City was also verified in May 2002 by former State Department terrorism expert Larry Johnson, in an interview with Bill O’Reilly. Go here for the video:

Of all the outside-the mainstream notions I’ve posited on this blog, the one that annoys the most people is my suggestion that the CIA recruited young Barack Obama during his days at Occidental College. I would further suggest that the Agency link runs in the family. I believe that, at an earlier time, the Agency (or some other branch of the intelligence community) may have recruited his mother, Ann Dunham.

The eye-opener here concerns Obama’s first job out of college. He was recruited by Business International Corporation, accused of functioning as a CIA front company.
You don’t have to take the word of John Pilger, the man in the video. Here’s Wikipedia:
The company has been identified as cover organization for the Central Intelligence Agency, e.g. see Lobster Magazine, issue 14 in 1987. According to a lengthy article in the New York Times in 1977, the co-founder of the company told the newspaper that “Eldridge Haynes [the other founder] had provided cover for four CIA employees in various countries between 1955 and 1960″.
I see no reason to presume that the CIA/BIC relationship ended in 1960. Lobster is a quirky but reliable publication.
William Blum, a left-wing CIA expert, made the same catch:
In his autobiography, “Dreams From My Fathers”, Barack Obama writes of taking a job at some point after graduating from Columbia University in 1983. He describes his employer as “a consulting house to multinational corporations” in New York City, and his functions as a “research assistant” and “financial writer”.
The odd part of Obama’s story is that he doesn’t mention the name of his employer. However, a New York Times story of 2007 identifies the company as Business International Corporation.
In his book, not only doesn’t Obama mention his employer’s name; he fails to say when he worked there, or why he left the job.

Obama’s bios are as important for what they leave out as for what they reveal. I first became suspicious of his now-infamous trip to Pakistan (which he took in the summer between Occidental and Columbia) because he refused to mention this adventure in his books.
Think of it: We are talking about a man who compiled not one but two autobiographical works before the age of 46. We are talking about an ambitious politician intent on establishing his foreign policy cred. Yet he refused to mention a dangerous trip to Pakistan which he made at a time when travel to that country was discouraged by the State Department. That country was then the focus of the CIA’s largest covert operation, the supplying of the Afghan mujahadeen. While there, this callow college kid met with one of the most powerful men in Pakistan — a meeting arranged by an unnamed personage with the American Embassy. (Spook-watchers know what that means.)
If the trip was a pleasure jaunt, why did Obama keep it a secret? And how did he pay for the journey?

Adding to the mix is the fact that Ann Dunham, Obama’s mother, had visited at least 13 countries in her lifetime, and had worked for companies that required travel to Pakistan. Her employers appear to have included the U.S. Agency for International Development, the Ford Foundation, Women’s World Bank, and the Asian Development Bank. Note that USAID and the Ford Foundation have (allegedly) been used as covers for CIA agents. . . .
Like mother, like son. Ann worked for at least two organizations notorious for providing CIA cover. Barack went straight from college to an organization known to provide CIA cover. Coincidence?
Let’s put it this way: How often do such things happen in your family?
Supposedly, Ann was a leftist. Yet she married Lolo Sotero, a key intermediary between the American oil companies and Indonesian strongman Suharto, installed by the CIA in an extremely bloody coup. (Obama admits the CIA connection in his book.) No genuine lefty would have had anything to do with Suharto or his cronies.
I do not claim to have conclusive evidence. Then again, one must ask: When we try to sort out who’s who and what’s what in the clandestine world, what constitutes hard evidence? If you are emotionally invested in Obama, then no amount of proof will ever suffice — except, perhaps, for a signed note by CIA director Panetta, saying “Yes, he worked for us.”

Michael Kidd and his wife Jean have been living out of a tiny room for months. They have lost control of their money, their home, even their car. They say they’ve been robbed of their dignity and their voice. And who do they say is responsible? The State of Texas.
“It is a shock to our system,” says Kidd. “We are still kind of in a state of shock,” Kidd told Reporter Becky Oliver.
